This timber-frame retreat sits on a premium river lot with direct private access to the Fraser River, where you can fish, relax, or just listen to the water from the backyard. Built in 2025 by Nassar Land Company with natural stone, reclaimed wood floors, custom steel details, and high-end RH, Arhaus, and custom finishes, it's designed for effortless comfort and connection. Sleep up to 16 in five private suites, unwind in a private 8-person hot tub, gather around three natural gas fireplaces, and enjoy every modern touch from start to finish.

The space
Step inside to a bright, open main level with soaring ceilings, massive windows framing mountain and resort views, and that peaceful quiet only solid-core doors and thoughtful design can deliver. The chef's kitchen shines with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a huge island for gathering, and everything you need to cook a great meal. Three natural gas fireplaces warm the main living area, plus there's a separate space for quieter moments.
Down in the walk-out basement, you'll find another living area, a full rec room with wet bar, and easy outdoor flow to the extended lower patio. The whole home has in-floor radiant heat for cozy winters and central air for summer comfort. Smart home tech, fiber internet, and a Sonos system throughout keep things seamless—stream music room to room or work without hassle.

While we cannot control neighboring construction schedules, our home itself is complete, and all amenities are fully operational. Most guests continue to enjoy their stay without issue, but we want to be upfront so you can make an informed booking decision.
